Information we process

We process account information required for authentication and product operation, including identifiers from Clerk, name and avatar metadata, email address, workspace membership, and profile fields such as preferred name and onboarding responses.

We also process data that you or your teammates add to the product, including tasks, notes, chat messages, comments, files, meeting metadata, and related collaboration history.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, personalize the in-product experience, provide collaboration features, enforce access controls, maintain security, and support customer or operational troubleshooting.

Onboarding questionnaire responses are used in aggregate and at the account level to understand user needs, improve workflows, and inform future product and service decisions.

Sharing and access

Workspace content is shared with authorized members of the relevant team or workspace according to Ten-Fold’s permission model. We may also use service providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, and related infrastructure functions.

We do not treat uploaded workspace content as public by default. Access is limited to authorized users and necessary service operations, subject to applicable law and platform security controls.

Retention and control

Information is retained for as long as needed to operate the service, satisfy legal or security obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain account integrity. Retention periods may differ depending on content type and account status.

If your organization requires specific handling practices, internal approval, or deletion expectations, you should ensure those requirements are reflected in your usage and contractual arrangements before storing sensitive information in the service.
