Using the service

You may use Ten-Fold only for lawful business or organizational purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, including actions taken by invited collaborators operating within your workspace.

You must keep your account credentials secure and must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use the platform in ways that could harm other users, systems, or data.

Workspace content and responsibility

You retain responsibility for the content you upload, create, or share in Ten-Fold, including tasks, files, notes, meeting records, comments, and AI-assisted material. You should ensure you have the rights and permissions required for any data submitted to the service.

You must not use the service to store or transmit unlawful material, malicious code, regulated data without appropriate authorization, or confidential information beyond your organization’s approved usage policies.

Availability and changes

Ten-Fold may evolve over time. Features, limits, integrations, and user interface behavior may change, be improved, or be removed without prior notice when reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, or improve the service.

We may suspend or restrict access where needed for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or risk management.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use of the service creates legal or security risk, or if continued access is otherwise inappropriate. You may stop using the service at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including responsibility for prior conduct and applicable disclaimers or limitations, will continue to apply after access ends.
